Brad and Allie Allie Essary, Rocking E barn manager, got hooked on horses after adopting an abandoned sorrel gelding named Rusty. Rusty was an excellent teacher in the areas of nutrition and care of equines. He patiently taught her how to ride and train. After developing a strong relationship with her first horse, she couldn’t imagine life without horses and made it her goal to find a way to make horses a part of her everyday life.

Allie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Ranch Operations from Oklahoma State in December 2007, and while working at Red Rock Bakery and Deli during college she found her future husband and best friend, Brad Essary. Brad and Allie married on April 26, 2008 right after purchasing Rocking E. Things have moved quickly for this ambitious couple and God has blessed them above and beyond what they ever expected.

Though they have not been in the equine business as long as others, they have a passion for the industry and for serving people that surpasses even the most tried and true cowboys and cowgirls. Their entrepreneurial spirit and love for horses makes a winning combination for a great boarding facility.

Brad and Allie also own and operate Red Rock Bakery and Deli in Stillwater. Stop in and share a sandwich and a homemade donut with them anytime!
